All sales on custom made or personalized items are final.
For all other products, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact the Vendor within 7 days of receiving to arrange a replacement or refund. (See full returns policy for items that cannot be returned due to hygiene purposes).
Items must be received back within 14 days to the vendor. Customers will be responsible for the return shipping on any unwanted items including exchanged items.
Return shipping of any incorrect or damaged items will fall on the Vendor.
Cancellations: Customers are permitted to cancel their purchase at any time before tracking numbers are created for the purchase.
