The Sassy Seamstress started as a new mom making clothes for her kids. I then started applique and sold on Ebay ( that is aging me:) ) I then expanded to Etsy. I got an embroidery machine for Christmas one year and then I found Zulilly and Jane, My little "hobby" became a seasonal business depending on my commitments to my kids and family. Six years ago, I went through a divorce and had to prove to myself that I could support myself and kids. After increasing sales every year and having my best year in 2022, 2023 saw it all come crashing down. I am now busily growing my website and social media in hopes of Sassy growing more than ever in 2024. I am hoping that 6 Jays will be a part of that.
