Please specify letters in personalization in EXACT desired order. For a traditional 3 letter monogram (female), the last name initial is placed in the center (i.e. Kristy Sue Miller is "KMS"). If writing a name or text, please enter it in the EXACT case you want for each letter.
Returns & Cancellations
All sales on custom made or personalized items are final.
For all other products, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact the Vendor within 7 days of receiving to arrange a replacement or refund. (See full returns policy to see items that can not be returned).
Items must be received back within 14 days to the vendor. Customers will be responsible for the return shipping on any unwanted items including exchanged items.
Return shipping of any incorrect or damaged items will fall on the Vendor.
