How to order:
- Add your full top phrase. This is the larger script font. Example: Grandma's Bouquet
- Add your full bottom phrase. This is in the small simple font. Example: rooted in love
- Pick your birth flowers by birth month. Up to 6 Flowers. Numbering is helpful and appreciated. Flowers are arranged clockwise starting with the lower left flower. Examples are pictured. Example: 1. January, 2. March, 3. June, 4. April, 5. November, 6. February
- Include the names in the exact order you would like to see on your print. Example: Josh . Kelly . James . Liam . Ava . Lucy

Returns & Cancellations
All sales on custom made or personalized items are final.
For all other products, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact the Vendor within 7 days of receiving to arrange a replacement or refund. (See full returns policy to see items that can not be returned).
Items must be received back within 14 days to the vendor. Customers will be responsible for the return shipping on any unwanted items including exchanged items.
Return shipping of any incorrect or damaged items will fall on the Vendor.
Cancellations: Customers are permitted to cancel their purchase at any time before tracking numbers are created for the purchase.
