Returns & Cancellations

• All sales on custom made or personalized items are final.

• For all other products, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact the Vendor within 7 days of receiving to arrange a replacement or refund. (See full returns policy for items that cannot be returned due to hygiene purposes).

• Items must be received back within 14 days to the vendor. Customers will be responsible for the return shipping on any unwanted items including exchanged items.

• Return shipping of any incorrect or damaged items will fall on the Vendor.

• Cancellations: Customers are permitted to cancel their purchase at any time before tracking numbers are created for the purchase.
